Old Monthly pack was of Rs. 320/-. Call from customer care came telling “You will have not to pay at present” and the package was changed to Rs. 350/-. Now the company says that pack will not be reduced to Rs. 320/- till 19/11/2014.

I will have to pay Rs.30/- extra per month, up to November 2014. If I want to change my pack I should have that liberty.

My pack should be brought to Rs. 320/- and number of days should be increased proportionately. The local and regional address of company should be mentioned on website. The customer care persons show their inability to give address of the office and names & numbers of their higher authorities. It should be available on website.
