This is regarding channels provided in Active Doordarshan and Active Darshan.The screen size provided in both Active Doordarshan and Darshan are one fourth of the size of the TV screen. And broadcast of some channels especially SVBC (Tirmula Tirupati Devastanam’s official channel) in Active Darshan are restricted to few hours. I raised the complaint with Tatasky but did not get proper answer.They are replying that Iam not reachable eventhough my Mobile number is active.

They have to provide both the services in normal channel format and timing should not be restricted. We subscribed to Tatasky because these channels were part of the package. And the above shortcomings of smaller screensize and restricted timings were not clarified before hand. Hence if they cannot provide the channels in proper format we want the refund of the Setbox and installation charges so that we can go for New DTH service provider who can provide in proper format.
