Tata Sky Service Issue / Shifting

I have changed my residence in Bangalore which I had duly notified to the Tata Sky Customer care team on 30 May I registered a request for de installation from my previous premise and reinstallation of the product in my new premise My complaint is on 3 front Poor technical Service The technical service team de installed the product on June 7 from my previous premises and have not returned the complete product to me I only received dish and cable wire Stand was not given to me on which product will be installed Unresponsive Customer service I have raised the request multiple times however the customer care team assured installation within 2 days which is not yet re installed even after 3 weeks I am not using the service since May 30 however Tata Sky is still charging me Rs 8 per day as usage fees

De installation is not done completely I am yet to receive the stand so Rs 200 that has been charged to my account is unfair. I am not using the service since May 30 still Rs 8 day is charged to my account since last 3 weeks which is again unfair practice The customer care team gives false promises which are leading to complete mental harassment Not able to switch to another DTH player service as I have to again buy their product to the tune of Rs 3000

Installation to my new premise by June 21 Charges reversal of Rs. 200 for not providing complete de installation service and reversal of daily usage charges since May 30.Return the Tata sky product Dish, Set up box and compensate Rs. 2500 so that I can avail services of another DTH player offered in the market
