I have shifted my residence from Delhi to NOIDA. As advised by Tata Sky, I have brought my HD Box along. I have taken a fresh connection and paid Rs.7340. Now They are not attaching my earlier box with new ID.

I am an old customer of Tata sky and shocked with the treatment I am getting. I should be reimbursed the cost of my HD Box of Rs.7340.
