traveled from Hyderabad to Lucknow on 23 oct 2013, and my check in luggage containing Hydrogen Water sticks and Tupperware bottle. But when I reached home in Lucknow and saw that the Hydrogen Sticks are lost, immediately I called the customer care people and lodged a request to retrieve the lost items, but they very foolishly said that I should have lodged a complaint at the airport it self, they missed the logic that we passengers trust the airline people and never check the baggage. Because in their itinerary they mentioned [4.SpiceJet’s liability for loss of baggage is limited to Rs.200 per kg subject to maximum of Rs.3000 only (or equivalent local currency of the departure country).], if we lost the entire baggage we would give a complaint how can we when things in the baggage are lost. If this is the case then all airports must have another room for checking the baggages. Such stupid answer.. They told me they can’t do anything now. I request all the passengers of Spice Jet or any other airways to kindly check your check in luggages while departing from the airport. Good day.

I do not want any refund from their end, I want the lost item to be retrieved because they must have taken them for sure. In case they cannot get the lost items, it would be fare enough that they refund the amount.
