I am a tata sky customer and my Customer ID no. is 1200467692. I have taken the tata sky services on 14/08/2016 and paid full year channel charges in one time. I am not able to view some of the SD channels since last week. I have complained at least 10-15 times in the last 5 days. but there has been no response from tata sky. No one has concerned to look in the matter. Tata sky seems least bothered about their customers. I have been getting messages and calls from tata sky that they are sending their technician but its just a fluke. They never turn up. I have never experienced such irresponsible servicing ever. We are paying for the channels that we are not even able to see. I and my family are in total mental agony. Its high time and I cannot chase up their services anymore. Please take the suitable action against tata sky and help me to refund my money with compensation due to deficiency of services and mental harassment to me and my family.
