I have recharge my Subscriber ID (1018132108) on 1-4-2015 with 290 RS. Still I am Unable to watch channels. I have registered the complaint no NS150404044257025 on 4-4-2015, however no body has resolved the issue. i have again contacted on 20-4-15, still no resolved, again called on 28-4-15 but no resolution. Its already been 24 days, i am not being able to watch channels for i have paid. I have spent 50-70 rs to call them to get the issue resolved but still no services provided. As per yesterday’s call i have 104 rs balance on my tata sky account and still amount is getting deducting from balance. Next due date is 8-5-2015e. It seems that Tata sky customer service has no intention to resolve it. No compensation provided. Every supervisor promised me to resolved it on priority basis.
I want 2 months full subscription and I want full compensation as per Indian consumer forum LAW.
