My Tata Walky number has been deactivated from more than a week citing non-verification. It was on 17th October that a representative called up on 011-65160221 regarding verification but never showed up, he Called from 011-66516300 (Call time 1:21 PM) I have complained numerous time and requested Re-verification and was given deadline twice, first 7:30 PM on 24th October and then 06:05 PM on 27th October. I have talked to Customer care on 121 more than 10+ times regarding the issue but without any success(including twice call being transferred to seniors). Also visited the Tata Centre on 25th October with Address Proofs but that hasn’t made a difference either. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?

Refund of proportionate amount from bill. Also if the number is not re-activated by 30 October than I would request for full refund against device(been less than a month since I bought the device and made payment of Rs 1700) along with immediate disconnection of Walky services.
