Dear Team, I have purchased a washing machine(Croma W/M TL 7.2KG FA CRAW1301) on 12/11/2017 but nobody has called or turned up till date. Since we have opted for an exchange option, so we have given our old washing machine also. I have called their customer care number three times but there is no response till date.

I have purchsed one laptop from Croma Retails in pune. While I made purchase stores has showed me an offer of 5% cashback ,if I pay by axisbank cards . Based on this I have paid the money thru my axis bank debit card. However even after 70 days I have not received cash back amount of Appx Rs.@2000/- Please help me Regards
