I had done my tatasky account recharge of 410 rs. (Order no: # 583499794 ). The transaction was successful, the money got deducted from my credit card account, but my tatasky account didnt get recharged. Tatasky executive said that they didn’t received the money. And tatasky account had been deactivated because of non-payment. Paytm did not do anything for 2 day (From 1st September tiil date, 2nd September) and my tatasky is in stalled condition. I can not watch television. They had not the recharge also they are not refunding my money into my credit card. This is not acceptable to me. I want my money and the damages happened to me

1. I want my money (Rs. 410) refund on immediate basis. 2. I want damages against mental harassment because of lot of followup taken from tatasky and paytm. 3. Reactivation and other charges to be paid to tatasky.
