purchased tata swach purifier on 4th September 2014, after 2 and half month it stopped working, i called the customer care immediately on 22nd November giving them complete details, also registers on line complaint and they assured me that my product will be repaired within 72 hours. now last one month i am following up with them but they tells me the same thing that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned dept. but nothing is happening. i m disappointing with the service
