Hi, I had booked a Taxi from Bangalore Airport to Kundanhalli for my wife who was traveling from delhi to bangalore. Booking details are as following: Taxi Provider Service – Taxi for Sure Booking Time: 1st March 2015, 09:09:00 PM Travel Time : 2nd March 2015, Booking ID : TFS-AT-C1XXX4062 I received a confirmation message (I have the confirmation message with me) that my booking is confirmed and driver details will be shared 15 min prior. I called the customer care an hour before to check if I can change the time from 12:15 AM to 12:30 AM, to my utter shock the customer care guy told me that since their all cabs are busy so they can not provide me the cab at airport even though they had confirmed the booking.

I asked him how can you say that all cabs are busy when you have already confirmed my booking. My wife is traveling , in the midnight where would she go? I requested them repeatedly that since a lady is traveling you have to fix this, However they didn’t provide the cab. I had to run to the airport immediately out of my schedule . She had to wait there till I reached the airport. This is highly unprofessional and unethical conduct of a taxi service. I and my wife suffered a lot because of their unprofessional and unethical behavior. Please take tough action on this so that no one else will suffer in future. I demand compensation and apology for this.

I had to run immediately out of my schedule to the airport as the cab didn’t turn up and it was midnight. Somehow I was able to catch a local cab which charged me 3000 rupees for urgent trip. I was mentally stressed all the time till I reached the airport as it was midnight and my wife was alone there waiting for the cab. I want that heavy fine should be imposed on Taxi for Sure either in form of monetary or lenience should be revoked. I demand a compensation of Rs 50,000 and apology from Taxi for Sure for their unprofessional and unethical conduct.
