I have been harassed by Taxi for Sure Driver Darlobh Singh from Kolkata for a booking made for 20-05-15 who refused to come to pick me up and even abused me over phone and told that I will not pick you up whatever be it. Also another driver Dipak Kumar Shukla from Kolkata refused for the trip. I have suffered a lot due to their inefficient service and will never ever rely on taxi for sure as I had to catch a train today from Kolkata and you have harassed me.

A compensation of Rs 1000 and an apology and penalty for the driver.
