Hi, I have booked a cab request on 13th Aug @ 9:30 PM to avail the cab service on 14th Aug @ 8:00 PM from Perumbakkam, chennai to Chennai Centrail Railway station and the booking number is : TFS-PP-C2632400. On 14th @ 7:25 I have received an SMS saying – my taxi service is running late by 15 mins. I was waiting for the driver details and called the customer care people for the driver details. they said you will receive the details in few mins. I have been waiting for them and called them once again to customer care @ 7:55 PM asked for the driver details, then they have informed me that – they will not be able to arrange a cab for me and said sorry and sent an apology SMS for me.

I would like to request TaxiForSure to pay my Tatkal Train ticket fare.
