DI infrastructure at the time of booking for Tuscan Floors offered Super Area of 1164 SQFT. Now they are forcefully giving possession of same flat which they are claiming to have 1429 SQFT and asking 6 to 12 lakh more with following condition 1)Currently there is no proper road and parking space in front of most of the flats 2) No proper sewer line. 3)No boundary wall. 4)More then 200 labors are working in that premises 5)No security guard 6) No Green Space and pathways to walk. 7) Whole area littered with construction and broken material. 8) Full with Dust and Mud 9) We have to Pay maintenance for this living hell at the rate of Re. 1 per sqft , whether we want to live there are not. 1) Additional price of 6 lakh should be waved off as they did not taken our permission to increase the area. 2) Possession should be offered only after they have Completion Certificate. 3) Pending 10% of the amount should be deposited only when they have completion certificate
