Respected Sir/Madam, This is Jyoti Mishra residing at Titwala, I am logging this complaint against Team India Career Hub under which they have LTA school of Beauty. They offer beauty related courses. On 20 Jan 2014 i registered with them a 2 days short course of nail art, i paid the fees of 750 rupees in cash, they told they will soon arrange the classes for me but yet they have not arranged it for me. On 7 Feb 2014 when i was out of Mumbai and i have informed about this to them in advance, still they sent me Message stating that they have arranged classes for me on 8 n 9 Feb, their counsellor Already knew that i m out of Mumbai n still they arranged those classes. After that till date i m chasing them every week so that they can arrange classes for me but every time i call them some new girl picks up the phone n tell a different story. Its really disheartening to get such a kind of service from educational sector. Its not good to make a student chase for classes like this. It was also so difficult to call them continuous because of less balance in my phone, but i still called them, but Alas all my efforts are wasted. Still they have not arranged classes for me. Now i am seeking help from you to get my fees back or let them arrange classes for me. Learning this nail art course as soon as possible is important so that going ahead it will help me to earn my part time lively hood. I have attached the receipt for your reference.
