we had purchased one service for promotional email sending service from the technowalk and they had not provided us service in time and as per their commitment not act we want to stop this contract and looking for refund with 5 times penalty. we spend much more time to chase the concern person.

we need our money back with five times penalty our time is more expensive then the service which they assure to give.
