Dear Sir I have purchased a 2 BHK flat in Teerth Tower in September 2014 from teerth Realities builder Mr Vijay Raundal. I paid full amount to builder with proper process and within time frame provided by builder. There were few promises made by builder about the layout and master plan of the property during purchasing the flat. But those were just words for few days and later on builder completely done fraud with each and every property owner. 1. He changed the land which was promised for Golf course by saying this land is now under collector of pune and it will be used for government purposes/road purpose. 2. He took 2 months advance maintenance money 56000 INR for providing water supply lift maintenance society garbage cleaning etc But after 2 months from taking money all services are stopped i am attaching the index copy of my agreement and property brochures

I want proposed land back for amenities like golf course etc from builder and the maintenance money provided to him So that i can run my own services
