Hi, I had purchased an IBall Slide from snapdeal. One month later, the product is not getting switched on. I visited service center and showed the bill, that I had got from Snapdeal. They refused to accept it by telling that snapdeal is not authorized to sell iball slide. I had called snapdeal customer care and had stated this problem, but in return they are demanding written proof about this otherwise they will not be able to help me. This is totally unacceptable. What do I have to do get my product repaired (which is under warranty)
I want my tablet to be repaired under warranty at least (If this is not possible, then I want a replacement)
