I gave complaint for service and for rectifying sound in the unit Acqa Sure Nano. Component Code: 19034803. After lot of pursuasion and repeated complaints service engineer came and attended for mandatory service of the instrument under AMC on 09.04.2015. But he did not change the candle in the unit and asked for some time. Till this date nobody responding to my repeated calls to the service engineers and not providing candles required to be changed under AMC of the instruments. Kindly see that somebody is deputed to change candles in the unit urgently.
