SIR/MADAM, I had filed the application to the mee seva for obtaining the services vide through application numbers DER01160 0602074 DT 09/03/2016 AND THE SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED ME ON TIME.

As the services is not provided in time i.e., 30 days from filing application as per citizen charter so i had approached the concerned officer so many times by applying leave and my time and money is wasted

Kindly provide me the service at the earliest and pay the compensation to me for not providing the service on time.
