Dear Sir/ Madam On 9th Jan the company deducted Rs.49 at a time and when I noticed about the deduction, I immediately called the Customer Care raising my grievance why they have deducted the amount of Rs49/- he said that you must have dialed *111# and then 1 and your balance deducted under Petrol ki loot offer. I told him that I had never did so as what you said and being a simple person I know there can be no loot of petrol on mobile. He said that once deducted the balance can not be credited.

Sir in this way they really cheated me by saying just it was an offer and you did so. Actually they are victimizing the customers at a large scale by doing this. Though I lost only Rs49/-, it is a great concern for all. I therefore request you to initiate strict action so that such companies should never repeat such trivial but serious offences. Such things are not tolerable at all.

I just want that they should refund the money expressing regret and assurance that they would never do such with any customer in future.
