The service is very poor. i have to keep complaining every 3 to 4 days for the internet connection not working.june 2014 or july 2014 the whole month i kept on complaining but it was not solved for about one month. the worst thing is that the phone number for registering the complaint is on IVR system which costs very high for the customer to even file the complaint. there are always 10 people waiting in the row to file the complaint so we have to wait in a que for filing a complaint and that costs veru high inorder to file the complaint on phone. i complaint on email but my last 3-4 emails are also not replied. i am not at all geting the worth of my money paid. kindly help me through this problem.. yours sincerely

the IVR system that is very expensive for the customer so the complaint number must get toll free. the number of days my internet not working should be repaid me back..
