Xolo – Display crashed don’t have spare parts

I took a xolo Q1000 mobile on 21.12.2013. That fresh phone was a damaged one (phone was heavily heating issue) & i have contacted the service center regarding this issue. And they given a new Phone instead of that damaged one on 2014 January Last Week. That Phone’s Display got crashed on 01.01.2015. I contacted the xolo care on 06.01.2015 and submitted my phone over there. They said that the Repair cost was 3000. On 05.02.2015 the xolo care executives said that they don’t have the spare and they will give me another model(Q1010i) without warranty. For that mobile i need to pay Rs. 5500 extra + my old mobile. At that time I told them to return my old phone without servicing and they told me to wait for 1 month to get my old phone. After a month I got a call from the service centre executive that my phone is repaired and total cost will be 5500. Since I have told them to return my phone without repairing, they have repaired it without my consent. I Won’t Be Able to pay 5,500 because the cost of new phone in online was 7500.

I need compensation for the four months & also return my mobile.
