i have being experiencing network issues on my cable based broadband service for the past 10 days. despite repeated calls for over 30 times to the customer care executive there has been no change to my problem. they will pester me if my bill is not paid but for this no action has been taken. they have now stopped registering my complaints also. i have selected telecom option as asianet wasnt given an option in the other categories
immediate action on my complaint and restoration of my internet service and if not a refund of my full amount including deposit for modem and security
