Hello, It has happened many times with me that any unusual service automatically activate on my mobile number(9039132040) and deduct my balance. then I have to call customer care and request to return my balance. Talking to customer care is very time consuming and frustrating experience. Although my balance is return but at last these smart people charged 50 paise for customer care. It has happened with me many times and it is really shameful for such international service provider. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I just want to stop all these activities from my number. And i have called many times to their customer care and they charged me for that. I want to refund all my money back.
