This is the case of online fraud. My order No was- 100030293, on Dec 29, 2013, for Cap amount Rs 199/- They did not process it. Now they are not cancelling that order. I made several queries to their customer care on phone and email, but all were of no use. They simply keep bluffing.

Return my money. Case against Company. Ban this company, because it is ignoring and cheating customers.
