I have an annual subscription of The Hindu newspaper to be delivered at my door step for Rs.999.Period of subscription 01/04/2013 to 31/03/2014. The paper is not being delivered regulary, and atleast 3 days in a month there is non-delivery. Subscription No. TH/1221545. In fact no delivery of paper from August 17th till 21st august, viz., today.

1. I want my subscription money Rs. 999 back( in fact, I was never given a change of Rs. 1 when I handed a Rs. 1000 note to the money collecting agent at the time of subscription) 2. an apology letter from the concerned department of the newspaper
