The makeover studio – refused appointment payment made advance

I bought a privilege card of beauty parlour (The makeover studio) with Validation No. 359 on my Mother,s name i.e Sunita Sharma on 20/12/2013 for Rs 499 which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Address of The Makeover Studio: C4F/28 Janak Puri, Above fitness Freak Gym, New Delhi-110058 Phone Numbers: +91-8860808xxx and 011-45608xxx Now my complaints are: 1. when I called first time on Wednesday the lady who picks up the call said Parlour remains OFF on Wednesday. However, it is written on the card that it is OPEN 7 DAYS TIMINGS 10-7:30 PM. 2. When I again called on Thursday, Lady asked me to call on Saturday between 10:30-11:30 AM for the appointments as no appointments are available for today and Friday. I agreed and called her on Saturday at sharp 10:30 AM, again same lady picks up the call and REFUSED to book an appointment saying that its FULL and NO appointments are available. 3. I again called her from my different number next week on Thursday at 11:00 AM for an appointment , same reply came from her side NO APPOINTMENTS available call on SATURDAY Between 10:30 AM-11:30 AM. I again called on Saturday at 10:45 AM but her number was switched off. I tried calling on her landline number mentioned above, lady picks up the call and when I said Hello, she put the receiver somewhere and I can just hear music and phone hungs up. 4. Same day I tried calling her Mobile number again at 1:00PM, this time it rings and call disconnected. After I called several times, she just disconnected the call and few minutes later I got an sms from the parlour stating Take appointments between 10:30 to 11:30 in the morning…. no appointment available after that. However, I replied to the sms, then why was your mobile phone switched OFF between 10:30-11:30 in the morning and moreover you were disconnecting your landline calls, what kind of a service is this. But NO REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.

The makeover studio parlour is not ready to give any service mentioned on the card and it seems like I have wasted my Rs 500. So I would like to lodge a complaint against this parlour, either to provide all the services mentioned on the card or else return my money back.
