I booked singapore package one month before through Thomas Cook – India Ltd. for my brother in law, at the time of booking Thomas Cook India give me very best itinerary which include city tour, Air india flight and 3* hotel which is in very good location. As per terms and condition of thomas cook all the payment is made in advance before 30 days of travelling and i do that but now after regular follow ups they provide me flight details and hotel detail just 3 days before my travelling date(travelling date-: 1st May’15) and it was completely shocked to know that they booked some low budget flight tickets instead of Air india and a budget hotel instead of 3* hotel. I already written many mails and phone calls but there is no respond from thomas cook team. I request to all of you guys who are plan to travel through Thomas Cook Group, pls. don’t book any package from this traveller, as they just harrassed the customer and very unprofessional way of working. The main motto of thomas cook is to make money not give best service to customer.
