Thomas cook- Holiday package- Complaint

We had booked a europe tour with Thomas cook but the entire trip was converted into a mockery by them. From the very start, we were not been given our ticket and hotel details on time. they were only provide to us after we fought for them 3 days before leaving for the tour. according to the tickets, 1 day of our trip was being shorten and after asking them to change the tickets they didnt help us. We asked them to compensate the 1 day but they were unwilling to listen. the hotel given in Paris was a 2 star hotel whereas we were promised 3-4 star. they were more thing during the trip. Our complaints to their head office have gone waste as they are unwilling to help us hence we are filing a official complaint.
