Thomas Cook – holiday package poor service no customer care service

I and my wife took Switzerland package ‘Swiss delight ex-Kolkata’ from 22-28th June 2013 with Thomas Cook. My return flight from Zurich was in morning at 11.20 am on 28th June. As per airline guidelines, I was supposed to reach airport 3 hours in advance that is by 8.20am. We were a group of 42 people but every one had return flight from Zurich in afternoon. So the tour manager Mr. Hemanta and his Switzerland boss arranged the coach for all others at 9.30 am in morning and I was forced to go by metro from my hotel to airport. I wanted to talk to boss of tour Manager but he refused to come over phone. As per package I was supposed to get coach service for all 7 days (including airport transfers) and I paid tip to coach driver for all 7 days. But I was forced to get coach service only for 6 days. Earlier I was asked to carry all my luggage and go by my own till airport from hotel. As it was a new country for me and I did not want to take the trouble of carrying luggage, change metros, also there was risk of getting lost and miss the flight. I had long fight with tour manager. Finally he convinced to drop me till airport on metro. I was on a leisure trip to Switzerland. I paid money to Thomas cook so that I do not have to arrange things by my own, so that I need not to go by any metro. But still I had to go by metro, carry my luggage when I am being charged for coach. After returning, on 5th July, I talked to Thomas cook executive Ms. Natasha Hazarika over phone and she recommended me to mail a written complaint to their customer care mail id ‘service.quality@in.thomascook.com’. I mailed the complaint on 5th July but till 25th July I did not get any revert from them. Then on 25th July, I went to Thomas cook Office in Kolkata, again I was told by Natasha to forward that mail to same customer care mail id along with two company executive mail ids ‘natasha.hazarika@in.thomascook.com’ & ‘amrita.ghosal@in.thomascook.com’ and I was assured that I will get revert by 29th July. But today its 30th July and still I have not got any revert from them. I want an action against this harassment. First harassment did to me during the tour. Thomas cook charged me for services and cheated on same. Second harassment is that I am reaching to them again and again with my complaint but they are not even bothered.
