We stayed in the hotel from 29th August’14 to 30th August’14. We ordered 4 bottles of cold drinks (Thums up) of which the MRP is Rs. 15 each bottle. They sold the bottles for Rs. 142 which was including VAT also, but it is a crime impose VAT on products which are already in MRP. We had a conversation with the duty manager, food manager and general manager, they said that is the hotel price, but no one can sell any product for more than its MRP. I have also attached the bill of the transaction and I can also mail you the photo of the bottle and the video of the conversation between the representatives of the hotel and us.

I just want Consumer Forum to take a step against the hotel
