have used Tikona broadband for more than one years, now I have requested to terminate the services, after termination they have send me 2 months bill, where as my dues is only one month. This is to bring in your kind notice that my prepaid bill generates on 26th of every month, prepaid means TIKONA charge in advance against the service they will provide in future. 1st you pay then they will give you service. Since 26 December 2013 to till dated 26 January 2014 I am not using their services because services has been suspended due to non payment of previous bill and also I have requested them on 26th December 2013 to terminate my service . Now they are asking me to make the payment of the bill generated on advance on dated 26 December 2013. When I spoke to customer care executive of Tikona, that, why you are asking me to pay the bill of the services that I have not used, he replied that once bill is generated you have to pay weather u will use the service in future or not. I have sent a mail to them on dated 26 December 2013 at 7:00 pm to terminate the services but, they reply that bill has already been generated on 12:00 am of 26th December before your termination request, therefore you have to pay When I requested to cancel the bill they denied, they said that it’s not possible because its computer generated bill. They are enforcing me to use their services which I don’t want to use For example When a customer select a garment from the shelve in big bazaar and go to desk to make the payment but due to some reason, if he is unable to make the payment in this condition cashier shall cancel the bill, he do not enforce the customer to make the payment because bill has been generated, so he must to pay, I think it do not happen anywhere. Same is here with Tikona, they are enforcing to pay the bill of the service which I did not wanted to use in future and requested to terminate the same. TIKONA generate prepaid bill for the customers means TIKONA extort advance money from the customer before commencing the services, once advance bill is paid there is no guarantee of services its normal practice with them, where as other company providing the broadband service send the post paid bill where one can check its uses and paid the bill accordingly, but this do not happened with TIKONA. You are requested to look into the matters and take all the legal action against the company.
I will make the payment Rs.998 only which is actual bill of one month against the use of the service before suspension. you are also requested to take all the legal action against the TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK for unnecessary harassment, psychological torture of the customers.
