tikona broadband services user id 1103307572 i request to the company to disconnect all sevices dt-9-1-2013 after all dues payment, company executive reply confirmation through mail – 11-1-2013, our executive collect device and after it company issue no dues certificate ,in mail they mentioned executive name-nitin yadav, 9811128633 to pershad infotech. after that i am waiting long time for executive,but he didnot collect device, then i call his number, then his number is not in service. and no any company office last two years. then how to deposit device to the company. then i call customer care executive, he say forcefully you have to pay the amount of device 1513.331. then i say i am agree to return device then why i pay this amount. please help me i am very under pressure from last 1 year, please help me to receive ‘no dues certificate’ from tikona broadband company
