This is regarding my complaint against Tikona for harassing and overcharging me again and again, without giving me full and final payment amount. I was using Tikona connection for more than 1 year before disconnecting it finally in July. I got the connection disconnected, after which I requested company for full and final payment amount, which company did not gave me till date. The company person even came and picked up all the equipment, but no bill came. Instead they sent me an email from their legal department, Mr. Chetan (legalcoll@tikona.in) to pay Rs. 396. I asked to confirm, if it is full and final payment. But no reply back. Then a second email came for Rs. 496 in October. When I saw the email, I paid Rs. 500 to finish off. But I was really harassed when they again sent me email for Rs. 1600 and today I am asked to pay Rs. 4376, otherwise they will send me a summon. During past 4 months time I was receiving threatening calls, saying that they are calling from Tis Hazari Court Chamber # 33, who were threatening to imprison me even.

I want a receipt of full and final payment from Tikona. Also I want them to compensate Rs. 10,00,000 to me for mental pressure and professional career loss incurred due to this issue.
