Tikona – Billing After Service Disconnection

I was using Tikona Broadband Service and My Login ID was 1102264470. Due to very poor service i decided to disconnect the serive and call almost >10 time to cal center in month of Mar but stil service was not disconnected and after 1 month told me again that customer need to email about disconnection. Then i email on 7.04.12 but still doing so many f/up bill was received after disconnection. Which was for period of Ap’12 ~ May12. After discussion with cal centre person Ms.Bowle she confirmed amout 130 will be final settlement so i asked for Bill so that i can pay but till it was not receivde. Now again after 1 year i am receiving call from Advocate and irritating me about filing case against me and asking for Bill to pay 2K. I am having all evidances of email and Bill. If it is matter of Rs.130 then i can pay but if there is false demand of unsued bill then it is wrong. Kindly help as there call center aslo not responding properly and if matter discussion can not close then call center person told that our represenative will call back but it never happen

No Phone call from any Advocate or Service provider for fasle demand of bill pay.
