LG – Microwave Oven faulty product

I express immense grief in writing to you with regard to a micro-oven purchased by me about a year and a half back. The micro-oven was purchased from e-mall, kolkata from an LG Shoppe in the name of Sulekha Ghosh. Details are as follows: Model: MJ3281CG Sl no: 112EMKU010501 Date of Purchase: 04/01/2012 Much to my surprise, the micro-oven has stopped functioning right after the purchase while it was within the warranty period. The same problem happened thrice within the warranty period. Everytime the technicians came and fixed it temporarily. On being asked I learned that the oven has a faulty magnetron, but never was it changed within one year. It has gone bad again this time. When the technical team was contacted i was informed that it has a faulty magnetron which needs to be replaced and also the transformer and replacing both with cost me around Rs 5000/- I am extremely shocked and surprised by this. Why was it not changed while similar problem happened within the warranty period? Why am I being harassed ? Why will I keep a faulty machine?

I want a replacement of the faulty Microwave oven.
