Tata Indicom – poor service

Dear sir/ madam, I have been facilitated with the intercom services free of charge by builder, but than I asked for the plan for which mr. SANJAY saxena told me that the same connection would be activated within two days but the same took more than 2 weeks so I told that I don’t need connection if it takes so longer, but for that mr. Sanjaynsaxena told that you have take the services and but than also the same services was not activated and I have to pay for connection and bill for the services from which I didn’t make a single call. Now after the same I follow up along and I got call from customer care of tata teleservices and I was told that I have to submit documents to activate my account and same I did at vesu office in Surat approx 1.5 months back bit than also no reply still I am makin folloeup but no response. I need your help to get myservices actvated. I have trailing mails of follow up if needed I can mail the same
