I had placed disconnection request with Tikona Call Center and also through mail many a times upon finishing my yearly subscription on 14-Sep-2012(A/c No 1102193592). This was because I was not happy with their service and I had chosen another service provider. Still they sent me the bill for next cycle for approx Rs 6700/-. I once again call the center and they told me that you can ignore the bill and your disconnection request will be processed as per procedure. This year in Sep-13, I received total bill of Rs 13500/- and I am being asked to pay the same amount every day through calls.
Please resolve this so that Tikona stops harassing me everyday through calls asking for money for service which they have not rendered and for which I have raised cancellation request.
