Tikona braodband – Signal probelm no service

DearSir I had installed tikona braodband at my home on 31 july 2014. I had given 2697/- rs including 3 month internet charge and installation fee in advance.from the day one i had a problem with signal connection.i had registered complaint about it in tikona customer care thrice.every time his service executive came to my home and told me that we have a connection problem from our concerned tower so not possible to retain this connection. finally I had registered my disconnection request with tikona care on 04 aug 2014.after that customer care send his service executive 5-6 times at my home and all told me same connection problem.i was regular follow up with customer care to return my money. finally i got a mail from tikona care they told me that there is no refund applicable from our side. I was shocked that for 5 days uses they have charged 2697 even here no fault is mine. its a technical problem. kindly do the needful. Regards Vikas Sharma Cust id- 1110768003

I want my full money 2967/- back because due to unavailability of services I havd registered disconnection request. its a technical problem from their side. kindly do the needful.
