Tikona Broadband – Disconnection & Billing

We have taken Tikona broadband connection around 2-3 months back (19th of Nov 2014). From the first day the internet stopped working. We called up the person who had installed the connection. He did not drop by to fix the issue. We called customer care, still no one came. So, raised a request for disconnection on second day itself and switched to Airtel Broadband.We were told that the connection will be kept on observation for 15 days and during that duration we should not use the connection. Since we had stopped using Tikona and had started using Airtel, we thought that the disconnection will happen soon. Tikona cancelled our request and when we called we were told that we are using the connection. From then onwards, whenever I call Tikona for launching a complaint they tell me that I am using the connection. I had asked them to come to my house and check whether I am using or not using the connection. They do not send anyone to check, neither they disconnect, and make calls every alternate day for bill payment.We are really disappointed with the service. We do not know how to get out of this loop.

We have lost out Rs 3034 that we had paid for using the service as we dint even use the service even for a day. Moreover bills are getting generated for us every month. Disconnection and Refund of the Amount that we paid for Connection :minimum of Rs 3034.
