Respected Sir/Madam, I am a tikona broadband . I have done a recharge of Rs. 2017/- on 1/07/2014 01-Jul-2014 (01-Jul-2014) POS PRCH POS 201416968347 Tikona Digital Dr_TPSL SBIPG 2,017.00 2. Now, on recharging, I requested for color recharge of Rs. 1999/- for one year, which got activate on 3/7/2014 as per their executive. From, 2/07/2014 I was trying to access my broadband services but I was unable to do so, hence a complaint has been launched by me on 3/7/2014, which is still unresolved. b) On 19th their senior supervisor Nishant Kumar took a waiver request and confirmed me that within 45 days I will have my money back, but till date no such thing happened c) On 4/8/2014 tikona’s executive Smt. Mohini has informed that my locality has been declared as non-feasible and tikona is unable to provide me any service and hence requested me to disconnect my connection. Accordingly, on her request and provided information I agreed upon the disconnection (but tikona is behaving as such that it is I who discontinued my connection and not them). d) On 7th August they had sent me a mail confirming my settlement amount as 0.00/- . I called them and was astonished to know, though it was tikona’s fault that they were unable to provide me services as promised, though I registered a complaint since my color recharge got activated, though I received a commitment from thier senior supervisor regarding the waiver amount, my waiver has been settled as 0.00/-. I had again requested them to re-consider my case vide e-mail dated 11/08/2014 but till date (as promised by them 72 hours are over) no response has been received. 3. The response I received so far from their executives and the services/ behavior of their executives I feel insulted, cheated and mentally harassed. I had also wrote to their appellate authority informing him about my problems and the misbehavior and false information provided by them to me. 4. I will be obelised if you kindly look into the matter and settle it as soon as possible. Sir, I want an amount of Rs. (1999/- + 1500/-) = 3400/- to be refunded to me as I had paid the amount to them and did not get any service against it. Also I want that, their customer care team should be evaluated regularly and properly so that in future no customer get harassed or mislead by them. Their executive does not know how to behave/respect the customers.
