Flipkart.com – Product removed from cart – Review

Dear Sir, I had successfully added MI3 phone in my cart as on 12th august 2014 at 2 pm sale on www.flipkart.com. But it was removed from my cart after 10-15 minutes automatically for no reason. Unlike the website says and claims that once the product will be added in my cart it will remain in my cart till 11.59 pm of 13th of august 2014. Since then i had called flipkart atleast 6-8 times in which they initially promised me that product will appear in my cart before 13th august evening. When that did not happen i called flipkart again and this time they said that there is nothing they can do, and that I will have to try for the sale again on 19th august as they cant do anything now. But whats the guarantee that the product wont be removed from my cart again ? I had also mailed them the copy of the email which I have received from flipkart on 12th of august which says that the product have been added to my cart successfully and I can pay for that till midnight and product will be there in my cart till 11.59pm of 13th august.

I need product to be added back to my cart and Flipkart should be fined so that they dont repeat the same to any other customer.
