Snapdeal.com – Cash back credit delayed poor customer service

I ordered one LED TV (Toshiba 39 inches) on 23rd June 2014 cost around 36122/- with a cash back offer of 1000 rupees (by paying HSBC credit card). I got my product on 30th June 2014 and when I asked for the cash back money (1000/-), they told that it will reflect in SNAPDEAL account as snapdeal cash on or before 9th August 2014. But today its 14 august 2014, they have not credit any money to my snapdeal account yet. Please help. I need my Rs 1000 ASAP so that i can shop more. Below is the mail from SNAPDEAL customer care: Snapdeal Support, Jul 04 11:01: Dear Abinash, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com.
