Honda Activa 125 – Delivery Delayed by Dealer

Dear Sir, we have booked the Honda Activa 125 white color on 8th June and we were promised to have this by one month and maximum 45 days initially. When we enquired about the status on 8th july , they mentioned that it will come on 13th July and we can come and collect it. we called up them on 12th and they confirmed that it has come and we can take the delivery on 13th. on 13th when we reached to dealers office, they said it has still not come and they mistakenly called us. then we had a discussion with R B sharma and he confirmed that he has got the confirmation from Honda that it is coming on 30th July. when we enquired on 30th July, he confirmed that it will come in 2-3 days and we again called up on 4th and then they said it will come on 8th. again on 8th, they said it will come on 13th but when we checked today, he is saying 18th august. we are being mentally tortured and harassed by this dealer. we had raised a complaint with Honda as well on 21st July but nothing is happening. the complaint number is 171867. Please help us on getting a revert and punish them so that they doesn’t repeat it with other customers. thanks Sk Agrawal
