I had purchased e ticket from Jaipur to Alwar through htps://www.irctc.co.in website on 17/07/2014. I have attached ticket pdf with this complaints. I had booked sleeper class ticket with the name of me (Vipin Jain) and my wife ‘Sweta Jain’. Ticket numbers were S1/57 and S1/63. PNR no. was 2735548551. Tain no. and name was 14807/JP AWR EXP. Journey date was on 09/08/2014. When train arrived at the station on 9th Aug 14, I could not recognise my coach no.S1 as there is no coach no. tagged on any coach. As this was the rakhi festival season, there were so much crowd of passengers. My wife was with me. we had tried to find out the coach but we could not do so. We have asked at enquiry counter but they told us that it is passenger train so Railway do not put tag coach no. on coaches because very few people travel with sleeper ticket of this train. At last, we had to stand in general coach instead of having sleeper class ticket. Sitting strength of one coach is only 72 people to sit but more than 400 passengers were stucked in one coach.

Railway must tag coach no. in all passenger trains so that in future no one person can suffer like me and my wife. As compensation I want Rs. 100000 from Railway because I was harassed by this incident physically and mentally both. I and my wife suffered a lot of pain of missing of spouse. I was felt as fool person, who is standing in general coach in spite of having sleeper ticket.
