Receiving threatening calls from Advaocate Pankaj Rajput asking for Tikona Payment within 15 mins or he will sue me. All the settlement have already been made during 2011 when the service was disconnected and same was confirmed over Telephone with the customer care Tikona.
I want such practices should be avoided and fair means of communication should be established between the service provider and me. I just want to know the charges for any service that have been levied to me post disconnection.
