Tikona Broadband Negligence Harrasment

Dear Sir/Madam, Tikona digital network company seems to finding ways to harass its customer. My user id is 1101617164. I requested the Tikona to disconnect service and they disconnected in Oct’14. After due negotiations, I paid full and final amount in Dec’14 and also returned their equipment. Surprisingly, on March 02 2015 a so called advocate representing Tikona called me up to say he is filing a case against me for recovery of Rs.1700/- and asking me to come to Delhi to fight case. This is ridiculous on part of Tikona and so shows their unprofessional way of handling things. Pl. some help from this Tikona harassment. Balaji Neelakantam Hyderabad
