Xolo Mobile Customer Care / Repair Harrasment

I have purchase Xolo 1000 Opus with in 5 months it’s getting problem as it not charging properly. I have submitted to service centre M/s Balaji Mobicare in Ghatkoper Mumbai. two or times they try to solve the problem but within month times the problem occur again. They could not able to solve hence they submitted to Xolo company on 5th Dec 2014. But till date company not given me my phone and no proper answer I m getting either from service centre or from Xolo Company. Please help me either with other phone or my money back.

For more than one month I trouble with same phone, after that service centre submitted the mobile to company on 5th December 2014. Now it’s nearly two month i have not received my phone. I have trouble with this case more than 3 month and I lost my warranty period which need to extend. I want equivalent phone or my money back from company immediately. Warranty period should be extent as i have not used phone more than three months.
